Standard Processing:

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Please expect your order to be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Kindly note that no order processing or shipping is done on weekends or holidays. 

 

Shipping:

We are pleased to offer shipping services from Monday to Friday, with the exception of US federal holidays. Our trusted shipping partner, UPS, ensures reliable delivery for your orders. Here are the estimated shipping times based on destination:

  •  East Coast: Expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days.

  •  West Coast: Allow for a delivery timeframe of 4-7 business days.

 

Please note that these shipping estimates are provided as a general guide. Delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances or natural events. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so that you can easily track your package's journey.

Return Policy

At Startrak Beauty, we strive to provide you with the utmost satisfaction in our products. Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please carefully review our return policy guidelines below:

Eligibility:

  •  We accept returns of unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

  •  The hair extensions must have all black hair ties/elastic(s) still attached and uncut, and they must be unaltered.

  • Altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties, or extensions with cut or missing elastic(s) will not be accepted.

 

Refunds and Reimbursements:

  • Upon return, you will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase, including any sales tax paid for the item(s).

  • Please note that shipping costs or associated shipping taxes will not be reimbursed.

  • We recommend that you provide your order details and reason for return/exchange for efficient processing.

 

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that certain items are non-refundable or deemed final sale.

  • Items that cannot be refunded or exchanged include hair extensions with black ties cut/unattached, used or altered products and hair extensions, and final sale items.

  • Additionally, special orders such as custom color hair and wigs are non-refundable and considered final sale.
